Anyone does HA or any sort of contract and has some "old stock" that wants to get rid of for cash ? Pm

No App no at all mate , I have been told sometimes old stock hat is not wanted end up in the skip .....
So I could make use and donate to charity

Coulsdon is nice, only about 15mins from me. Let me know if you do end up there mate, always handy to have someone local to help out on jobs.
 
Matt I have ended up with more work down South and central London then north the river so we are really considering it ! I am viewing a 3 bed house tomorrow so if we pass there requirement will be renting it out hopefully ! Is that a good area ? Any suggestions of a good area ?
