Hi customer complained when out to service of whistling noise when running bath tried no noise on kitchen tap or basin but on bath running noise was there thinking clean out hex any other suggestions ??

instant not 105E,it was caused by the o rings,nothing in a duotec 1 really would make this noise the op is describingThe Baxi 105 used to have problems with noise from the diverter valve.

possibly a restriction on the filter side on the cold inletThat's right. It was the o-rings. What do you think this is then mate?

yes 2 of them one under the loop connection if a internal type is fitted or under the cold inlet blanking cap if not the second is part of the hot water flow switch they can be a pig to remove this boiler is a duotec 1 and not the newer 2 is it?do these have an inlet filter ??
is the warranty up on it then?its a 5 year jobbie that said some plats are now 7its a platinum 28he think this is the problem sh*t in the inlet gotta turn water off anyway to do a bit pipe alteration so might as well check while off

if its been registered Baxi will fix it FOC,as long as its been serviced,as you have just done that no issuesasked customer about that and no idea where info is doesnt even know where stopcock is ??
