Hi I just had installed a new Bosch series 4 pgp6b5b90 gas hob. See attached videos of it turned on. It seems there's a lot of gas coming off it. Is this normal?

Normal the decent makes seem to have better flames

Looks normal to me. If you want to reassure yourself just check the gas rate, convert to kW and compare with the manufacturer's values in the instruction book. From memory, the burners visible in your first video have maximum outputs of 1kW, 1.75kW and 3kW.

Edit: You shouldn't be able smell any gas while it is operating. (I don't think that's what you meant but I shouldn't assume things where safety is involved.)

You're a star mate. Thankfully no I can't smell any gas just seemed weird seeing the reflection on the wall and worktop, not had that before with my previous hob.
