Dear Forum

If anyone can advise me on this matter I would be grateful.

I had a new Glow Worm Ultimate 2 boiler installed at my house in March. Since then it has flooded the kitchen in September (due to a faulty "O" ring on a diverter valve), in October it stopped working again and (after two trips out by the Glow Worm engineer) the display PCB was replaced. Yesterday I noticed that water was running down the outside wall from what I think is called the condensation pipe (see attached picture).

I assume some water from this pipe is normal but surely not to the extent that it is running down the wall and pooling on the step? When the boiler is on it seems to be constantly dripping quite fast. Is this a matter for Glow Worm again or should I contact the installation man? IMAG3748.jpg

Any help/advice much appreciated.

Contact the installer, they should come and look and advise or fix

Thanks Tonycane - much appreciated. I've been in touch with the installer again now and he's coming to have a look. Thanks for your help - it's been one thing after another with this Glow Worm boiler!

What made you go with a glow worm just out of interest? Was it a price based decision?

The flue needs to angle back to the boiler... condensate is running / dripping out the end if the flue no doubt! Installer fault

Agree with gassafe. Had the same with my Ideal boiler. Condensate was dripping onto my drive, called the installer's Mr Fixit, he adjusted the outlet = no more drips!! Job done.
