Discuss Mixer tap weaker flow when tap turned to maximum in the Canada area at PlumbersForums.net

I have a kitchen mixer tap with one simple lever controlling temperature and flow. The street water was cut off for a few hours. After that, the hot water flow worked as before, but the cold water flow was very weak. With the tap set to cold, if I open the tap about half way, the flow is the same as it was before the cut off for that half way point, but If I open the tap fully the flow is very weak and much less than the half way flow. The strongest flow is when I have the tap in the middle between hot and cold. Any suggestions, thank you..
