any recommended tools for 8mm and 10mm microbore heating systems, olive pullers/ removers etc

A mini bender and a 10mm cutter are about the only "specialised" toosl I use. Usually olives pull off with a pair of pump pliers or if they don't there is probably too much damage to the pipe to warrant buying an olive puller (if there is one for this size of pipe).

mini adjustable pipe slice, junior hacksaw, jointing compound for every compression joint.

An olive puller is of no use on minibore. The pipe has usually compressed too much when it was tightened as the copper is soft.
Avoid using cutters of any type unless you want to spend a while deburring everything.
Use a junior hacksaw and an old radiator valve to round the pipe back off if needed.
Apart from that it is easy enough
