It's a bad situation but as a father to a youngish girl I'd rather lose some work than any kid be killed. I think closing schools was the right decision as they obviously had Intel / serious threat that if they hadn't acted upon, a kid dies & it emerges someone knew something the crap will hit the fan

They've won, really. They have made people so afraid that now all they need to do is make phone calls or send emails to cause havoc. They don't even need bombs or guns...

Last year, 2 fellas were drinking in Dublin. One worked in Intel and didn't fancy going to work. His mate went out to d phone box and rang in a bomb threat to the site. Cops thought it was a fake but couldn't take chance. 4,000 lads taken off site. Production stopped. Millions lost.
No bomb found.
They traced call and yer man was spotted. He went to court. Don't think he got a stretch.
