New radiator . Not heating up as oh think it should , not very hot and has been bled. Under the lockshield cap of a new Milano Windsor thermostatic valve set , hole with hexagonal gap . Turning the cap screwing anti-clockwise doesn’t seem to catch or do anything . Old radiators had a knob I could turn with pliers . Is this missing a part ?
