Any idea on the value of scrap lead at the moment?

not much around the same as copper per k

Oh I thought it would be much less than copper

went a month ago with a few lead water mains ofcuts and slates got around £30

I've just weighed in my scrap, its about 3 years worth £1050 ;)
I had a wheelie bin full of taps which was so heavy I couldn't shift it and loads of builders tubs of mixed and clean copper.

Nice one Phil!

Round here it is all bank transfer now, so taxman can get his hands on it, however all the office tossers have their made up expenses - not fair.
