Hi

I have a Kensa ground source heat pump which is currently telling me I have low ground pressure. The manual helpfully tells me to 'top up the pressure using the filing valve towards the back right of the unit'.

Does anyone have one of these units and if so could they describe what this valve looks like please? I can't see anything obvious. It'll be a day or two before a plumber can come out and if it's a simple pressure top up then I thought I'd be able to do it myself.

thanks
