When I'm looking for contract work I just type in 'gas jobs in Birmingham' and loads come up.
Or go on manufacturers websites and see why they got, or the big companies like BG and eons sites.
Even if there is nothing advertised I always email them asking if they need subbies, it doesn't hurt to ask.
