Went to quote changing a few taps for some fella. Got talking about showers he wants more pressure, he is on a unvented system so mains hw pressure. I don't think there's nothing wrong with it, he thinks it  lol. How can I boost the pressure, I thought mains booster but it's really not low lol

any ideas

Take readings of the pressure standing and dynamic if it is what the manufacturers want then nothing really unless you go back to vented with a big tank in the loft and put a big whole house pump on.

There is a possibility that mains can deliver better flow but due to badly run pipework (sizing, elbows) you end up with poor flow at the tap so this can be remedied by running new mains/hw pipework

I said there is a possibility of a mains booster but I can tell with out even checking it is over 1.5bar
I think it's perfectly acceptable but then it ain't me using or paying

Hi, Can anyone advise as to why the cold water to my bathroom keeps airlocking? This originally happened about 12 months ago and has happened 3-4...
