Hive fitted but now no hot water

Hi ,had our old control panel removed and had a hive fitted , it says it’s calling for hot water but the hot water is now not working whereas before the change over hot water was fine … any ideas on what could be the cause

As Shaun and whoever it was needs to come back today / tonight NOT next week because they've got other work already booked.
Were they recommended by someone or just picked at random?
