Ok fellas got a leaking Highflow 440 heat bank only 4 years old! 2 questions....

1. Anybody changed one and is there anything I need to know, it looks pretty straight forward tbh.

2. Who wants to do it for me whilst I watch and drink tea?

If you can get in to the left side ok it should be easy enough. If not you might have to roll it out.
Must be some seriously dodgy water down your way!

I can get in about it no bother Tamz. My water goes into some of the finest Speyside Malts going! I'm think its a bad weld, gonna rip the insulation off and get a look.

I prefer a peatier Islay myself although i am partial to a drop of Aberlour or Macallan

Ah the great BG con. People learn their stupidity the hard way.
If it was mine i'd mig it in situ but i'd swap it for a cust as its not my problem.

Ideal Logic 24, Previous problem was that the hot water was only cold or barely warm if the heating was in use. If heating was off and boiler cold then would get hot water most of the time. Changing the flow cartridge about 2 years ago (when I moved in) solved this problem enough to suffer it as...

Hi, Later this year I am going away for a 2 week holiday and as the weather will be warm there is no need for the heating to be on and arguably no need for me to needlessly heat hot water. My intention was to turn the boiler off along with the mains water when going away. Now, I have heard...

Hi all. Hope you have all been keeping well. A while back I decided I only wanted to fit one brand of boiler and decided on Viessmann due to space for servicing and changing parts if ever needing to. I am finding my decision rather hard due to the different clearances on flue runs and cupboards...
