We can't give you answers to gas related questions like this on a public thread. If you think you have been overcharged and the engineer has billed you for x amount of hours we may be able to give our opinion. We need to know why you are asking this?

Depends on access to boiler ! experience of engineer ! and if anything is corroded.

If answers seem vague it's because question is like:- How long does it take to buy a pint of milk.
Allow for queue at checkout, travel and if necessary calling round first to see if it's semi skimmed or gold top.

Hello, I am seeking some advice, I have a POTTERTON PROMAX 28 COMBI Boiler and I noticed yesterday that the water around the house is no longer warming up. The heat exchanger has been changed 6 months ago, so I do not believe it is that. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be? Thanks
