Can someone tell me how long it will take take replace the DHW Plate Heat Exchanger on a Glowworm 24ci

We can't give you answers to gas related questions like this on a public thread. If you think you have been overcharged and the engineer has billed you for x amount of hours we may be able to give our opinion. We need to know why you are asking this?
 
Depends on access to boiler ! experience of engineer ! and if anything is corroded.
 
If answers seem vague it's because question is like:- How long does it take to buy a pint of milk.
Allow for queue at checkout, travel and if necessary calling round first to see if it's semi skimmed or gold top.
