Hi there, our flush valve is still raising but refusing to drop back down. Been to all the plumbers merchants but none have anything that will click into the existing cradle. Its going to be far too difficult to remove the cistern and replace the cradle.

Any advice pleas on where I might be able to get a flush valve that will just click in the existing cradle?

I've used an online company call toiletspares.co.uk loads of times and they have an identification service if you can send them a photo over. There's so many variants most merchants will only stock a few popular options.
