I am constantly getting the F37 error code on my boiler as detailed above on a daily basis now, this has always been a problem, but from the boiler doing this every 4 weeks or so, this is now happening every day. I am also getting constant air locks in the bedroom and bathroom radiators, which i then bleed to get rid of them before filling the boiler back using the 2 black taps underneath the boiler, until the boiler kicks in around 1 bar, then i turn them fully off. the heating will work for a number of hours, then the pressure drops and the warning light comes on again. However as i write this, there is now a slow drip of water from the kitchen ceiling, which i now presume is a leak in one of the pipes above the ceiling, have checked around the toilet and sink area which shows no visible evidence of leaks from those areas, the heating has been on for around 2 hours.

Phone a Gas Safe Registered plumber/engineer. Nothing you can do yourself on this one except poke a screwdriver through the ceiling at a couple of points (it saves the water building up and bringing it down)

ok thanks, will do this, meanwhile won't have the heating on as the water is obviously being forced out of a pipe under pressure, i 've checked the valves on all the radiators this week, a couple of them had slow leaks which was a factor in why the boiler was shutting down before, but these are now leak free which i'm assuming is why we now have a leak from the ceiling, thanks again.

Hello, I am seeking some advice, I have a POTTERTON PROMAX 28 COMBI Boiler and I noticed yesterday that the water around the house is no longer warming up. The heat exchanger has been changed 6 months ago, so I do not believe it is that. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be? Thanks

Hi all. Hope you have all been keeping well. A while back I decided I only wanted to fit one brand of boiler and decided on Viessmann due to space for servicing and changing parts if ever needing to. I am finding my decision rather hard due to the different clearances on flue runs and cupboards...

We run a community village hall and have a large kitchen provided for the use of hirers. This includes a Lincat SLR9 gas cooker which I believe is a 23.8Kw appliance with all six burners and oven on max. This was installed some 10 years ago and has passed all subsequent Gas Safety inspections as...
