last week the dhw started hot then went cold and stayed cold, after turning tap off and back on hot water then cold called engineer out he said plates are blocked took it out took it away came back after a while and said it would be ok now, but it did not work
since then we get a A3 fault when we turn dhw on, has anybody any ideas before i call the engineer back out
