Electrical fault maybe?

Electrical Digital Programmer stopped working a few weeks back - replaced it with a new one - heating worked for 2 weeks, then the programmer started to flash and yesterday heating stopped working AGAIn! The boiler is fine maybe an electric fault, possible power surge! I live in Mill Hill! Someone help me!

You may just be unlucky and have a 2nd faulty programmer ! its still under warranty take it back for a replacement and try again, what make is programmer ?

Hi - its a TEMPUS 7 so hard to get hold of!

Flashing display could means its in setup mode. With the instructions (download from net if not), start the process from scratch again. It could be a spike on the power, but more likely a loose connection.

Also have you set the jumpers on the back to suit your system?

Yes all are set - I think its definatley a spike on the power - will have someone look at it... many thanks
