I have a Sulby disabled shower tray and the water drains really slow, the the water builds up while having shower. I have tried drain unlocked and also tried a snake which does bring up hair etc, the shower will drain well for about two days and then the starts to be slow again. Could there be a blockage further down the pipe or could it be the waste pipes are to small.

Any help would be appreciated and

For about a year, my shower on a third floor is giving an on off gas smell sometimes after a shower and particularly in the morning not long after the sun rises enough to hit our roof. I usually run some water into my p-trap and the smell goes away after a few minutes. There is a tub right...

I have installed a new shower valve and shower head (the restrictor um fell out) and as a result the tub starts to fill with water. I believe this is simply a math problem of more water coming in than can drain but asking if any known options. As a sanity check I did snake the drain and...
