I now have a Main 18 HEAT ERP boiler which has its own bypass valve. Should I remove the existing external one to improver system flow?

Do you have trvs on all rads ?

I have the Drayton wiser smart system installed. 8 wiser TRVs in rooms and in the lounge I have 2 rads with a wiser room stat. The room stat is part of the wiser hub system and is recognised as one of the inputs asking for heat to the wiser hub. the 2 rads in the lounge have TRVs but have no heads on the valves. I also have installed Drayton auto balancing TVRs on all rads with no result. My main problem is I cant get the lounge rads hot.

I'm fairly sure that model doesn't need an external bypass but always check the manufacturer's installation instructions. If so, you can probably just set the existing ABV to maximum pressure to effectively disable it and hang a label on it saying what you've done and why.
