Hi, dish washers and washing machines are usually placed by the sink so you can use the sink waste via a unicorn sink trap. And take the cold water from a washing machine tap on the cold feed to the kitchen tap. I have one were the dish washer is right next to the sink. But then the work tops go around a corner and the washing machine is there. I am wondering if the washing machine could still be plumb in to the kitchen sink waste and cold feed?

I Wondered if you could get an extension for the waste hose on the washing machine if needed and the same for the hose for the cold feed and still use the plumbing under the kitchen sink?

with the kitchen lay out it will be awkward to get a separate washing machine trap for the waste. The layout is basically kitchen sink dishwasher next to this. Then washing machine after this.

you can get a 2.5m hose and waste pipe from toolstation for a tenner.
swap them and run them to point

So just to confirm its usualy to still plumb a washing machine in to the kitchen sink plumbing if its not in the unit next to the kitchen sink. It's the next unit but one.
