Hi All

I am trying to change the cartridge on a Crosswater Mixer Valve. This is the old model with the red plastic protruding out at one end.

On the face plate, there are two chrome nut cover beside the temperature handle. How do I remove these as I presume these cover up the two screws that hold the wall plate to the tile.

Am I also correct in assumin that they are like mirror screws? Need to remove them inoder to get the wall plate off. Will not shift or turn despite trying for the last hour.

Help would be appreciated.

Regards

Yattie

A pic might help, none of the handles unscrew to reveal a grub screw?

yeh fire a pic over

The caps should prise off with a stanley knife though

Are there any caps on the handles that can come off?
