Yes depending on where it ends up; blocking a valve or scoring a valve seat so that it won’t shut off properly, blockings waterway in the boiler etcetc.
Best to remove the rad and flush it out.

Best to remove the rad and flush it out.
Rad is off and flushed it but it won’t come out- it’s a myson round top radiator, it’s the thread to the nut and bleed valve probably 6mm in diameter
