had a call today from a customer when he turns the boiler off it still heats up and he can hear it bubbling.

im thinking bypass valve or maybe stat aswell

not a lot to go on, but i'm not thinking bypas or stat, i would be looking at faulty zone valve

it wasnt explained to well and the bloke has a really bad stutter from what i could make, when he turns the boiler off its still heating up, boiler is a combi

If combi would say maybe, hot water flow switch stuck :(

As for stutter,if he tries slowing down his thoughts and speech, this sometimes helps ,cover all areas here!! :)
