Hi guys

hoepfully someone can help me.

the frost protection light sequence is flashing. The boiler is in the garage. Would that suggest there is a frost stat on the wall? Or in the actual boiler?

Timeclock - seems to have 6 settings, I've never known a boiler to give you the option to set 6 times. Is this correct?

It's hard to explain what the problem is, I need to get rid of the frost stat lights before I can continue fault finding.

Customer is saying they can only turn the boiler on or off by turning the wall stat up or down, even when I set the times, the boiler does not come on, yet today the boiler came on without creating demand, and I think the frost stat has something to do with it.

they are also saying the 'click' on the room stat seems to be set at 16 degrees, the click never moves position if you will.

any suggestions welcome if anyone has come across this...

thank you.
