Baxi solo 3

Hi guys have a problem with a solo 3. External pump runs constantly as if its over heated. Voltage on switch live but no ignition sequence at all. Pump still runs with no demand. Previous engineer has changed, get ready for this! fan, aps, stat, high limit stat, and pcb with no avail. No voltage from board to fan and he tried another board in case! Puzzled me?
