Does anyone know where I can get one of the older Baxi/Potterton flue sample points for Suprimas, I have gone out to a property and this is missing off of the boiler, Baxi are saying that they don't supply these separately although the person I spoke to didn't seem too sure about this.

Chrome cap to cover these sample points, they are saying you have to buy the vertical flue kit for this.

Mira shower mixer adjustment.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ADJUST THIS MIXER UNIT? WE HAVE TO HAVE IT TURNED ALMOST FULLY ANTI CLOCKWISE TO GET HOT WATEROUT. THE FRONT PLATE WITH MIRA ON IT PRISES OFF AND INSIDE THERE ARE SOME PLASTIC BITS AND A SMALL CROSS-HEAD SCREW IN THE MIDDLE. THANKS
