Hi folks I am not a Baxi type so not familiar with this boiler. Customer has got heating but no hot water. The display does not register that there is DHW demand. When heating is turn on the diverter operates and the boiler fires as it should and when turned of the diverter returns back to DHW position. Is there any advice you offer TIA.
Boiler is 5 years old

POTTERTON PROMAX 28 COMBI Boiler - Hot Water Issue
