Astracast arvus tp0369 tap spout seals

Please could somebody explain how to replace the spout seals on the astracast arvus tp0369 tap.

I can strip the tap as far as the cartridge but can't seem to work out how to get to the spout seals. I could try unscrewing the collar above the spout with some vice grips or to try and pull it off but I don't want to damage the chrome/stainless (may have to have the spout at a certain position for the spout to be realeased). Also, Does anybody know where I can purchase the parts from. I contacted Astracast about the replacement parts but unfortunately the no longer stock the parts. My next try was going to be plumbcentre.

Somebody has just told me that you need to remove the tap and get to the seals that way.
