Iv been approached by a company asking me to cover my area, landlord checks, breakdowns general maintainance. But then told me there was a setting up fee of £1750. Has anyone ever done this kind of thing or even heard of it? If it's genuine it sounds good. Cheers guys

If it looks/sounds too good to be true it usually is.
A few have been stung by this before. There is some threads on here about it.
Tread very carefully.

Cheers Grahem, by the way the company is called GEC. You heard of em pal??
