I have a customer looking for a "Burlington" type bell cistern or similar (must be restorable). Either cast or stoneware etc

Other reclaimed vintage WCs, basins and cisterns always sought.

keep an eye on e bay fella , picked this shanks up for 20 notes , a quick de-rust , paint and a polish and its as good as new. makes a lovely noise when its flushed as well.:)

cheers Puddle ,a bit too grand some might say but i dont think building control would allow me to eject the evenings doo doo from my bed room window out of a slops bucket. :D

You need to get out more! :p

i wish i could WHPES, presently restoring the old cast rads , never again , ever tried to strip 70 years of paint off a 4 column rad with nitromores and a wire brush? :mad: , we did make to to burger king today though.:)

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ADJUST THIS MIXER UNIT? WE HAVE TO HAVE IT TURNED ALMOST FULLY ANTI CLOCKWISE TO GET HOT WATEROUT. THE FRONT PLATE WITH MIRA ON IT PRISES OFF AND INSIDE THERE ARE SOME PLASTIC BITS AND A SMALL CROSS-HEAD SCREW IN THE MIDDLE. THANKS
