Had they stuck paper up the chimney to stop the draft,or is it one of those that the top hood pulls out to open flue way and not fixed open?which ever, looks like they have been using it llke that for a while went to one the other day,tenants had put real coals on ,Took silica sand out and fibers as thought was dust from chimney,looks like same happened here

done one last week on a Bermuda 552,heat exchanger blocked solid with soot,only got called in after flames reversed and torched the electrical supply and gas valve and they wonder why they were having headaches,stupid people had not had a service for 2 years
