Why are Worcestor so highly rated, no low water cut out, no blocked condense cut out ridiculously awkward to work on!

how can servicing a wb be esier that a baxi?

how can wb build quality be better if it plastic fantastic and the repair score is lower!!!!!
 
The funny thing is if you add up all the stars Vaillant comes out first but obviously the palm is greased the most of Worcester so it wins anyway..
 
Availability of spares is worse! How? That's ridiculous, perhaps they need less spares.
 
I worked on a valliant today and the comic i mean MI's are pretty pants and tech help aint no better.

Recently had a Viessmann Vitodens combi boiler installed, quite often when the adjacent cold mixer tap is opened the boiler starts for a few seconds! Can anyone tell me what is causing this? And how to cure?
