dont think you can get one tbh, cant see why you would need to, be allowed to join four warning or condense pipes together.
 
lol never seen those before. They are available on eBay as 3/4 inch (22mm)
 
I suspect that it isnt for a plumbing application. It looks more like part of a plastic frame for a tent or similar?
 
Ah right you are Ray. Just read the item description and they are not suitable for plumbing purposes.
 
I know that fitting to be called a cross T, pipe centre is the best place or BSS

I have seen cross tees in 32mm, 40mm. 50mm and 110mm, but not in 21.5mm. What would you use one for?

But in any event, a cross tee is still essentially only in two planes, like this:

whereas the OP was looking for a 3 plane tee - like a corner tee but with an additional branch
