Being Screwfix items - probably!
 
A few years ago I wrote to yorkshire fittings to say their washers were too tight.

They sent me 500 in the post. Still using them to this day.

Yeah, if you have an account and terms and are comfortbale with looking people in the eye and discussing the weather and oh god I've got the shakes already

Mira shower mixer adjustment.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ADJUST THIS MIXER UNIT? WE HAVE TO HAVE IT TURNED ALMOST FULLY ANTI CLOCKWISE TO GET HOT WATEROUT. THE FRONT PLATE WITH MIRA ON IT PRISES OFF AND INSIDE THERE ARE SOME PLASTIC BITS AND A SMALL CROSS-HEAD SCREW IN THE MIDDLE. THANKS
