Rads needing bleeding daily

Hello guys..im a gsr engineer with limited experience hopefully someone could help..
open y plan with a profile fitted, bathroom and rad in bedroom need bleeding daily....pump and openvet/cold feed correct configuaration, cold feed not blocked..
ive lowered the pump speed, same
leak sealer in system, same
turned off f n e tank water level droped indicating a leak..could it be sucking in air from leak?
this problem has only started since i done abit of work to system new rad and fitted new drain off..reckon ive disturbed a joint underfloor? cheers alex

Could be, check the water quality, if it's sludged up it will be creating hydrogen and gassing up the system.f
