Kinetic essential water softner

Hello, I have a problem with my water softner kinetic essential: after every regeneration completed the first water coming out of the softner is salty for the first 1-2 litres and then ok. This is causing me a lot of problem. Can someone give an advice? Many thanks.

Many thanks for your video. My water softener hasn’t a timer but the other suggestions given could be right. Thanks again. Riccardo
