ideal Isar He30 boiler works but the contol panel appears to be dead

I have an ideal Isar He30 ( yes I know they are crap!) the boiler works but the contol panel asppears to be dead, the DHW and CH temperature controls have no effect and the boiler runs at max temp on both DHW and CH. I have repalced the display/contol panel and it still appearsto be dead. Would replacing the orange PCB help?

Think those nobs have have long pins that need to be correctly placed and are prone to breaking, do you know that they are OK?

The whole panel is not showing anything, and the burner light doesn’t show even when the boiler is on

Is it a new panel or a second hand/recon

I'd check wiring to control panel. Try another panel? Could be main board?

clean the lead from the control panel to the main board carefully could be bad contection
