yea no need for motorized valves on pump switches on for hot water, one for heating etc and both on for heating and hot water

That's what I told my apprentice ,,

Customer has a new combi now
 
Waite till you come across the SMC version (Blue Pumps) if you think that is old, Plymouth council fitted loads back in the 70s
