I am currently 6 weeks in to an 8 week fast track course. I have completed all the modular C & G exams. When I enrolled on the course I was told we would be doing the C & G course + the GOLA exam at the end. As of yesterday, the powers that be have decided that as the modular exams and the GOLA exam are the same thing, there is no need to sit the GOLA exam! I am totally confused. Are the exams the same? Interested in some opinions!!

Becks,

I'm doing a course and have just taken the exam, I've passed all the modular exams which led up to the main Gola exam.

The modular exams were all paper based but the Gola was on a computer which is marked by C & G and is on a live system.

Hope this helps.

Becks,

I just took the GOLA last week. It is a final exam combing all the modular in one. I would have to say the GOLA was the hardest exam compares to the other. I would suggest you study mainly causes of plumbing problem, and regulations.
