Went to service this boiler today,

Just firing it up to test, to find it wouldn't fire for more than a couple of minutes, then was cycling every 30 seconds or so. Customer keeps heating and hot water on 24-7 so wasn't aware of a problem as system did eventually get up to temp.

See a problem ;)

Crikey, on a big boiler like that! Isnt the 28 on the flow not the return?I and is that 2 pumps in the return? That would help I guess.

Nope 22mm flow into 15-60 pump, 28mm on return. Really don't understand why whoever did it didn't think it seemed odd.

Ah, I dont fit many Grants but thought the FLow was the upper one. Lower pipe looks like it splits and goes into 2 pumps.. - just my eyes :)

Hi, Can anyone advise as to why the cold water to my bathroom keeps airlocking? This originally happened about 12 months ago and has happened 3-4...
