I have a HUGE complaint to make about OLCI. Is there a governing body or somebody I can go to to sort this out?

They've been messing me about for 2 years. It started with a genuine mistake I made and since then it's taken almost 18 months to get to where I was 2 Octobers ago. I know it will not be sorted out by this October it has been increasingly frustrating and I dont' know what else to do about it. Is there anybody who I can talk to who can deal with them??

Thanks in advance.

I was stupid enough not to check the position of the pipes under the tiles when installing a toilet and drilled right through the center of a 16 mm copper water pipe. I exposed the pipe by removing a ~30cm section of the plastic sleeve and a ~10 cm section of the pipe around the hole. Several...

We are from Alberta, and I own an electrical company. I have been asked by a BC Mechanical P. Eng. to install an emergency STOP button at the man-door to the boiler room. It's intent is to 'halt' the operation of the boilers in the room should there be an emergency. He is demanding that I do...
