Jaw exploded from pipe press cause
 
User Error- definately.

Not sure how you could misuse them to cause the Jaws to explode......but I can expect the supplier / manufacturer can.

Good luck getting the jaws replaced under warranty - because you have used them.
Good luck getting a discount - because you need them.

Mira shower mixer adjustment.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ADJUST THIS MIXER UNIT? WE HAVE TO HAVE IT TURNED ALMOST FULLY ANTI CLOCKWISE TO GET HOT WATEROUT. THE FRONT PLATE WITH MIRA ON IT PRISES OFF AND INSIDE THERE ARE SOME PLASTIC BITS AND A SMALL CROSS-HEAD SCREW IN THE MIDDLE. THANKS
