Filling up a new system in a retail unit today.
couldn't seem to get any pressure in the system!

this was fitted, filled with water and left at 5 bar! So they must have noticed when cutting the screed. .?

Lol yep I think they would have found out LOL. It goes without saying they forgot to mention what had happened .

It's unipipe, so will have to have two crimp sockets and 2ft of pipe.

I work regularly for this builder, so as I'm on site anyway I won't be charging.
It's always good having one in the bank for when it's my fault.

Why did they break through the screed in the first place?
the door has a 12" threshold. Also they wanted to recess them in to match the next door property, so they have cut back 6"!
its not the end of the world, but would have been nice to have been told.

Thats the annoying bit, accidents happen. But not telling you rubbish........

Screed looks thin!
It's about 50mm all over But as the visqueen bends up the walls, it's always a bit thinner at the edges. It's going to be an opticians and getting tiled. Looks like they are going to gave to wait until this drys out!
