Main water inlet pipe stopcock seized. Have tried freeing it to no avail so looking to replace it. It's very old as you can see on the attached pictures. I've bought a 25mm stopcock and have a 1" to 22mm reducer. I can't get the reducer to fit over the black pipe as pictured and I'm beginning to wonder where I go from here, as you can see the black presumably PE pipe has a 22m copper pipe insert.

It should be 21-27mm so should fit for both as black is 26mm and the 22mm tube
 
According to Philmac site it states the smaller number is the PE pipe inlet.

You’ve got the wrong one you’ve got the 1043 where as you need the 1144 which is universal both ends
 
Problem is now you need a short bit of 25mm alk and two inserts and a 25-22mm stop tap
