Hi there, wonder if somebody could offer any help on this, I dont know if the two are related...

Recently the hot water stopped triggering the boiler to kick in and heat water, after a few internet searches, and checking my boiler - I managed to replace the diaphragm (as there were perforations in it) and this fixed the problem.

Since then when I run the hot tap, the radiators get warm (even when the heating isn't on) and I have noticed that the pressure drops to nearly zero not long after topping it up to 1.5. And this morning I noticed there is wet brick where the PRV outlet is on the side of the house?

So firstly, is the radiators getting warm an issue when running the hot tap?
Secondly, do I try the suggestions re: releasing the Pressure Valve to clear any dirt that might have clogged the valve? (to stop the wetness outside)
Thirdly, any other suggestions? A few have mentioned the Expansion Vessel, that this could be faulty.

If PRV is driping check EX tank and replace PRV , yes radiators getting warm when running tap is a problem and needs to be sorted, Other suggestions call in a GSR if you dont know what you are doing !!
