And the job is done correctly. Minimum of 45 minutes for me that one.

I wish I could be out within 30 minutes on an Landlords or a service. I must be doing something wrong mate.

Sometimes you get easy ones. Boiler, meter, front door and kitchen tap in reaching distance.
Don’t have to go upstairs, paperwork prepared the night before.
