Hi,

I am looking for someone to help me with my admin work (organising the day to see clients, bookkeeping, taking calls, etc.) as I am always out and about. Do you employ someone or it's better asking my accountant? What do you do... Any advice would help.

Thanks.
Andy

Time to get him on the tools and gas safe :D

My wife has a company doing just that. They basically do everything you asked and more. Perfect for me as I do t have to pay but it's also great as means I don't have to try and take calls whilst hanging upside down from a loft hatch or under a kitchen sink! Personally I think it looks a lot better too to have a landline number and a number of different people answering the phones, gives the k.pression I'm bigger than I am.

Have you looked at a micro soft 365 program. A pal runs a surveying Co. swears by it.
Once it understand your lingo it can receive instruction on booking appointments and all sorts of other things, by just talking to your phone.
The land line can be put through to the mobile etc.

We are from Alberta, and I own an electrical company. I have been asked by a BC Mechanical P. Eng. to install an emergency STOP button at the man-door to the boiler room. It's intent is to 'halt' the operation of the boilers in the room should there be an emergency. He is demanding that I do...

Hi, Later this year I am going away for a 2 week holiday and as the weather will be warm there is no need for the heating to be on and arguably no need for me to needlessly heat hot water. My intention was to turn the boiler off along with the mains water when going away. Now, I have heard...
